Went out of the house today, supposed to watch Rurouni Kenshin finally with Darren, Phoebe and my sister, but we found out that the next showing was at 7pm, and we couldn't bother to wait for 5 hours. So we departed for Kevin's house, where I introduced both of them to my really forward Caucasian relatives.
There isn't actually much to do at his house, so we ended up going down to the Fun Room downstairs, where the arcade games, although ancient, are free. Spent a good hour or so there mashing through games before we returned upstairs and watched 21 Jump Street and Project X with Kevin, Daniel and Michelle.
Oh Project X is soooo fucked up. At first, the premise was kind of interesting. Planning a house party and stuff. And it actually succeeding. Then a good bulk of the movie after that was just tits and sex over and over and over and over again. Even though I'm a guy I still got bored really fast. I really wanted to find out what happens in the end.
We left for home promptly afterwards. Uncle David didn't like the idea of Kevin letting us taste his liquors.
Seems like I've been teasing Darren a bit too much today. I called him a molester and a pedo, although they were just exaggerations. He had been getting really touchy, especially with Phoebe, so I thought I should point that out to him. But I guess he didn't take it very well, being compared to a guy we know who's a scumbag and a serial pedophile. Still, I didn't mean bad :(
I gotta learn to watch my words. Sometimes I may be a bit too frank, but I've never actually wanted to intentionally offend anyone.
Uh... Then again, no one does...
